NMP are now hiring passionate talented designers and technicians to join the practice and work on some of the most exciting projects currently under design in Ireland. With over 42 years of experience across a variety of project typologies James is a leader in his industry. As the practice principal James has a passion for design and takes a holistic approach to each individual project, drawing on a wealth of experience and knowledge.
James specialises in exploring projects in there context whilst developing them in the detail to the highest standards.
PETER SHEEKEY | ASSOCIATE | PROJECT ARCHITECT
Peter has over 45 years experience, 28 years as an associate and key member of the architectural practice. Peter has extensive experience as a project architect from conception to completion on a variety of project typologies with unparalleled knowledge of the Local Government Planning & Development Acts. Peter's expertise in detail design and construction has enabled the practice to flourish and deliver projects with confidence.

Fergus is an architect that brings over 16 years of experience and a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach to the studio. Fergus excels in delivering complex dynamic projects. He firmly believes that design is a balance of form and function but always been crafted and beautiful.

An award winning, passionate and highly creative landscape designer, John has a wealth of experience across a wide variety of project typologies delivering complex masterplanning and landscape design projects across Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
John is a firm believer in a collaborative approach to place making and rooting design contextually. His global experience sets him apart as an industry leader.

Herman is an award winning Landscape Architect who, coming from a family of designers, has an innate passion for creating human-scaled landscape spaces that are anchored in the ethos of legibility, functionality and aesthetics, also incorporating discoverable subtleties.
His key interests include climate change, sustainable development and social innovation for the continuing improvement of the environment and the communities within it.
